Welcome, I'm Garry, a qualified and compassionate counsellor dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to better mental health and wellbeing. My counselling journey started in 2019, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges at your own pace.
My approach is person-centred, I can tailor it to your unique needs. I help you gain self-awareness, build resilience, and find practical coping strategies. I specialise in anxiety, depression, stress management, grief counselling, and relationship issues, empowering clients to overcome life’s obstacles and achieve personal growth.

Why I Became a Therapist:
My journey to becoming a therapist was driven by a profound desire to help others navigate the complexities of life. I understand that seeking therapy can be a vulnerable and courageous step, and I am committed to walking alongside you every step of the way. My own experiences have taught me the importance of having someone who genuinely listens and cares, and I strive to be that person for my clients.

2023, I became an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
2022, I became a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
February 2025 I sat the BACP's Certificate of Proficiency 3 hour exam.
March 2025 The BACP upgraded my membership to Registered Member MBACP.
'MBACP' stands for "Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)".
It signifies a therapist who has met the BACP's standards for training, experience, and ethical practice.
'MBACP' is a quality status recognizing high standards of knowledge and experience.

📍 Location:
My therapy practice is based at two locations: one in Maidstone, Kent, and the other in Teston, Kent. By appointment only.
🕘 Working Hours:
I am available for appointments Monday to Thursday, 8 AM – 8 PM, and on select weekends.

You can call 01622 232643 during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM), and our receptionist will assist you. Outside of these hours, please feel free to leave a message.
