Meet Your Counsellor

Hello, I’m Garry. I am a qualified and compassionate counsellor based in Maidstone, dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward better mental health and emotional wellbeing. Since starting my counselling practice in 2019, I have offered a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges in your own time.

My approach is person-centred, meaning each session is tailored to your unique needs. Together, we focus on building self-awareness, strengthening resilience, and developing practical strategies to manage life’s difficulties. I specialise in areas such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and relationship issues, supporting clients as they work toward personal growth and emotional balance.

I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported. Whether you are facing a challenging time or simply want to improve your emotional wellbeing, I am here to walk alongside you with care, understanding, and encouragement.

My journey into counselling was shaped by a deep desire to help others navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel like a vulnerable and courageous step, and I am here to meet you with empathy and respect. Over the years, my own life experiences have shown me how powerful it can be to feel truly heard and supported. That belief guides the work I do every day. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they build self-understanding, find new perspectives, and move forward with greater confidence and wellbeing.
